The flake separator uses strong magnets in combination with a unique ferrofluid, which separates the input streams of plastic flakes according to the density of each individual particle. VGI-Promatec developed, built, tested and installed the machine in collaboration with this client.

This machine was developed and built to take packaged microwave meals out of an industrial microwave oven. After transfer, the products are presented to a metal detector individually, after which they are packed in a box. We executed this project in collaboration with one of our OEM clients.

Bottles are filled, capped, labelled and packaged on a daily basis in the personal healthcare industry. As part of this project, VGI-Promatec developed and built a machine to separate and rotate caps before they are screwed onto the filled bottles by a robot. The step feeder ensures a limited number of caps are continuously supplied from a hopper of approx. 600 litres.
