As a system integrator, VGI-Promatec takes care of projects from A-Z, both mechanically and electrically. We installed a complete conveyor system with transfer stations, swipers and bunkers for a big client. This line transfers large bags of approx. 800 litres to a mezzanine and sorts them by size. The bags are emptied further down the line, after which the contents are bunkered. The bunkers serve as a supply system to continuously feed a baler with sorted product later in the process.

This tracking system was developed to transfer a series of pallets to a drying chamber in a controlled manner. A tracking sytem often consists of several tracks. The pallets are placed on the tracks or taken off them by means of a shuttle. We developed this system a number of years ago for an OEM client in the confectionery industry. We now have dozens of systems in operation all over the world in collaboration with this client.
